Questions,
answered.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one to two weeks ahead, especially for weekends and festive season. For shorter notice, call us — we'll do our best to fit you in.

How much does it cost to rent the robot dog?

Pricing depends on the event date, duration, location and any customisation. Share your details in the form below and we'll send a quote.

Do I need someone to operate it?

No. A trained GenAI Labs operator comes with every booking and runs the robot for the whole event.

What do you need at the venue?

A reasonably flat, clear area for the robot to move in, a nearby power point for charging between appearances, and a small space to keep the robot and equipment safe.

Can I book the robot dog and humanoid robot together?

Yes — the pair makes a great combined act. Choose "Both robots" in the enquiry form and we'll quote them together. See the humanoid robot →
